NAFTALI TUVIA
Naftali Tovia Bezanson, born in 1980 in France, grew up in a family where art was a vital part of everyday life. His father, Israel Yitzhak Bezanson, a renowned artist and scholar of Judaism, played a central role in shaping Naftali’s artistic journey, encouraging him to develop his natural talent and a profound understanding of artistic expression.

At the age of 14, his family moved to Jerusalem, a turning point in his life and career. The city’s deep historical and cultural resonance became a wellspring of inspiration for his work. Surrounded by the vibrancy and complexity of Jerusalem, Naftali began to explore new dimensions in his art, blending tradition with innovation.

In his early career, Naftali drew significant influence from the works of Wassily Kandinsky. However, as his style evolved, he began to craft a unique artistic voice that merged his father’s legacy with his own experimental use of materials and techniques. He approached every element, no matter how small, as a potential medium for profound creative expression.

Naftali’s dedication to his craft often leads to intense, immersive creative sessions, during which he transforms his inspirations into tangible works of art. His versatility with materials like aluminum, wood, epoxy, and car paints results in pieces that are both visually striking and emotionally resonant. Through his art, Naftali continues to push boundaries, creating a profound dialogue between tradition, innovation, and human emotion.
